AKA has completed more than 100 Dunkin Donuts projects over the past 6 years. Projects were located in urban and suburban settings and were built either as ground-up free standing facilities with a drive thru window or as inline/endcap facilities in a strip mall or as NTOs. Special attention is given to material deliveries, dry and cold storage, pedestrian and vehicular circulation.
