An existing warehouse sitting on two city lots was converted into a nearly 6,000 sq. ft. house. This single family home contains five bedrooms, a large media center, and numerous recreational facilities. Special attention was given to the east side, where a metal slat wall was created to reduce noise from a nearby train line.
